Safe, Sound & Restored: Signature Root-Cause Healing Program
The Safe, Sound and Restored Program is a structured ten-session, one-on-one process designed to help your nervous system find its way back to safety.
When the nervous system is chronically dysregulated, it shows up everywhere: in your sleep, your mood, your digestion, your relationships, and the way you move through even ordinary days.
Many people come to this program carrying anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or a persistent sense of being stuck in patterns of stress they cannot seem to break no matter how hard they try.
This work brings together nervous system practices, somatic and trauma-informed support, guided listening therapies, reframing tools, and practical lifestyle guidance, all tailored specifically to you. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all, because no two nervous systems are.
It is also offered from a Christ-centered perspective, because I believe healing involves the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. My faith is woven naturally into this work through prayer, scripture, and the conviction that true restoration is possible. Clients from all backgrounds are warmly welcomed here.
"You, Lord, will keep in perfect peace all who trust in You, all whose thoughts are fixed on you." Isaiah 26:3

During the 10 Sessions
Before each session, you'll complete a short check-in form so we can track your progress, notice patterns, and make sure we address anything that has come up since we last met. This keeps our time together focused and intentional.
During your sessions, we work through whatever your nervous system and overall health need most at that point in the process.
That may include :
• guided access to the Safe & Sound Protocol® or Rest & Restore Protocol® listening therapies
• nervous system exercises that help your body move out of stress and into a felt sense of safety
• somatic practices that build body awareness and support the release of stored tension
• trauma-informed support that creates space for past experiences to be acknowledged as part of what shaped your nervous system today, without requiring you to re-live or re-process them
• reframing tools rooted in scripture and polyvagal understanding to help you take thoughts captive and shift long-held patterns
• lifestyle guidance for sleep, digestion, nourishment, and stress recovery
• foundational support through the Genesis Prescription™, which includes circadian rhythms, sunlight, hydration, movement, and rest
In your first session, we determine together whether SSP® or RRP® listening will happen during our time together or independently between sessions. If your nervous system is comfortable listening on your own, it frees our session time for deeper nervous system work, reframing, and personalized guidance.
The pace of the program is responsive to your nervous system, not a fixed schedule.
Sessions also include space for reflection and honest conversation. You are welcome to share past experiences, current stressors, or difficult seasons of life that may be influencing how your nervous system is functioning today. Nothing you bring is too much, and everything shared becomes part of how we personalize your care.
Your support does not begin and end with our sessions.
Preparation, review, and individualized guidance happen between appointments as well, so that you are never left waiting and wondering until we meet again.
Why This Program is Different
Many nervous system programs are self-guided, app-based, or delivered in group settings. While those approaches can be helpful, they often leave people trying to figure things out on their own.
The Safe, Sound & Restored Program is fully one-on-one and personalized, allowing each session to be adjusted to what your nervous system needs in that moment.
Instead of using tools in isolation, this program integrates several layers of support. Guided listening through Safe & Sound Protocol® (SSP) or Rest & Restore Protocol® (RRP) is combined with nervous system practices, reframing tools, and practical lifestyle guidance.
You are also supported through the Genesis Prescription™ framework, which includes circadian rhythms, sunlight, nourishment, hydration, movement, rest, and Scripture-based soul care.
This integrative approach allows us to address both the physiological and emotional patterns that keep the nervous system stuck, while supporting healing across body, mind, and spirit.

What Clients Often Notice
As the nervous system begins to regulate, many clients notice meaningful changes in several areas of life.
Some of the improvements people commonly report include:
• feeling calmer and less overwhelmed
• fewer anxiety spikes or emotional swings
• improved sleep and deeper rest
• better digestion and fewer stress-related symptoms
• clearer thinking and improved focus
• feeling more present in relationships
• greater resilience when life brings challenges
• a renewed sense of peace and spiritual connection
Every person’s experience is unique, but as the nervous system moves out of survival patterns and into regulation, the body and mind often begin to function with greater stability and ease.
What Clients are Saying
"I recover from stress more quickly, I feel less on edge or reactive, I feel less shut down or numb, I notice my body signals sooner, I feel calmer in situations that used to overwhelm me, I have more capacity for everyday stress, I feel more grounded in my body." (Kim T)
"OCD makes you trust yourself less, but trusting in who God says I am with Cristal’s help has allowed me to see the truth beyond my surface level thoughts! Cristal praying with me and over me at the end of each session brings so much peace from the Lord. Those moments always stand out to me." (Jayna B)
"This program has been super helpful. I would especially recommend for people who feel overwhelmed when thinking about engaging in other types of therapy. [My daughter] has felt really loved and supported leading to her choosing to continue with therapy even when it has felt hard. " (Mom of adolescent client)
"I highly recommend working with Cristal, not only for the SSP® program oversight, but for her knowledge of the nervous system and nutrition as well. Cristal is just super calming and helps you to feel there is hope for change." (Shirley F)
"Working with Cristal has been life-giving. I was constantly walking around in fight or flight and didn’t realize it. Now I’m a lot more peaceful and less anxious. When I do my nervous system work, I have a clearer mind and can hear the Lord better. I’m also more outgoing. Social gatherings feel easier, as before I was very anxious around people. I’m able to work through panicking better. I was starting to get panicky driving on bridges and on narrow highways passing 18-wheelers, but now I have tools to stop the cycle and reverse it. " (Lauren S)
"I’m more engaged & excited to talk to others, rather than dread 'whatever they may need from me' (previous mindset). I have also noticed easier breathing, improved digestion, better awareness of hunger or fullness, and less inflammation or pain. RRP definitelyyyyyy helped even my pregnancy insomnia!! My reactions have changed for the better. I am more slow to speak, and I have more empathy to others. I am calm in situations I used to be chaotic/stressed during. I now take thoughts captive before sitting in unnecessary negativity because I’m 'assuming situations will happen'. " (Alex M)
"Before we started we were in crisis, [my child] was in the early recovery phase from an eating disorder and still in bondage to many OCD behaviors, although she had regained weight and was regularly eating what her body needed, she had not done any internal healing work. Now she has completed an OCD therapy workbook from Cristal and is choosing to slowly address and tackle her OCD behaviors. She has regained some hunger cues and started responding to them. " (Parent of adolescent client)
Program Investment
The Safe, Sound and Restored program is a structured ten-session journey designed to give your nervous system what it needs most: time, consistency, and individualized support.
Each session is 45-60 minutes and completely one-on-one. No group calls, no content library left for you to figure out on your own. Just you, your nervous system, and someone walking beside you every step of the way.
Your sessions may include nervous system and somatic work, trauma processing, lab review and functional protocol support, faith integration, and guided access to the Safe & Sound Protocol® and Rest & Restore Protocol® listening therapies. Everything is tailored to you, and nothing is cookie-cutter.
You will have access to a secure portal where modules unlock at a pace your nervous system can actually receive. Each one is thoughtfully developed and released to meet you where you are in the process, not overwhelm you with everything at once.
Between sessions, you're never on your own. Portal messaging means you can reach out whenever you need to. Send a message anytime something comes up and I'll be there.
InvestmentPay in Full: $1,500Installment Plan: $500/month for 3 months, billed automatically
Because every nervous system moves at its own pace, some clients choose to continue beyond the initial ten sessions particularly if they'd like to complete additional rounds of SSP or RRP. That option is always available.
Functional Testing
While the primary focus of the Safe, Sound & Restored Program is nervous system regulation, there are times when deeper insight can be helpful.
In some cases, we may incorporate functional lab testing to explore underlying factors that can influence mood, stress resilience, and nervous system health—such as nutrient imbalances, hormonal shifts, digestive health, or inflammation.
These tests are not required for the program, but when appropriate they can provide valuable information that helps guide nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do I need to have experienced trauma for this program to help me?
No. Many people join this program because they feel anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns of stress that won’t seem to resolve. Whether those patterns developed through difficult experiences, chronic stress, or simply the pace of life, nervous system support can be helpful.
Will we talk about what I’ve been through? Yes, if that feels helpful to you. Our sessions include supportive conversation and guided reflection, and you are welcome to share past experiences, current challenges, or difficult life events. While this program is not psychotherapy, these conversations often help us understand how your nervous system has adapted and how to support it moving forward.
How will I know if I need more sessions after the program ends? As we move through the program, we will evaluate progress together. Many clients complete their work within the initial 10 sessions, while others choose to continue if they would like additional rounds of Safe & Sound Protocol® or Rest & Restore Protocol®, or if they want continued nervous system support.
